Model Papers for ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 Exams 2023 have been released by the Council for Indian School Certificates (CISCE). Students taking the exams next year can download sample papers from the official CISCE website, cisce.org. The sample papers are designed to help students prepare for the exams and allow them to understand the types of questions that may be asked in the exams.
Sample papers containing 80 marks mock questions have been released for various subject exams including English Language, English Literature, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Fashion Design, Physical Education, Assamese, Bengali and others.
Here’s how you can download it:
Step 1. Visit cisce.org.
Step 2. Click on the publish tab on the main page.
Step 3: After opening a new web page, scroll down and you will come across a section called Sample Question.
Step 4. Select 2023.
Step 5. Work samples for all subjects will appear in pdf format.
Step 6. Download it.
Unlike last year when the exam was conducted in two semesters, CISCE Class 10 and Class 12 exams will be held only once. “CISCE has decided to conduct only one examination at the end of the 2023 academic year at both ICSE and ISC levels. CISCE proposes to conduct the said examinations tentatively in February-March 2023. Please note that the syllabus for the 2023 ICSE and ISC examinations has been revised subject-wise. The revised syllabus is available on the CISCE website under the publications section,” the board said in a May 2022 notification.
Last year, due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on regular classes in schools, the program had to be shortened. CISCE has also revised the curriculum in view of the resumption of regular classes in schools across the country.
