(Reuters) -CVS Health Corp, Walgreens Boots Alliance (NASDAQ 🙂 Inc et Walmart (NYSE 🙂 Inc) have provisionally accepted to pay around 13.8 billion dollars to settle thousands of state and local government lawsuits activating the chains of mauvaise gestion des analgésiques opioïdes, selon deux personnes familières avec les négociations.

In more than 3,300 cases, state and local governments have acted against drug manufacturers to minimize the risks of opioid painkillers, and distributors and pharmacies to ignore warning signs that prescriptions are being diverted to traffic is illegal.
