KVS 3rd merit list today for admission to 1st grade at kvsangathan.nic.in

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) today, May 10, will publish her third merit list for admission to 1st grade. Parents of children who have appeared, registered for admission and failed to pass the first two lists of merit, can check the list on the official website kvsangathan.nic.in. The first list of merits was published on May 3, and the second – on May 6.

A preliminary selection list may be published at non-reserved locations, if any, between 6 and 17 May. The deadline for admission in the 2022-23 school year is June 30 for all classes except 11th grade.

Admission to 1st grade KVS 2022: how to check the third merit list

Step 1. Visit the official KVS website

Step 2. On the main page, click on the link “Third list of merits in KVS Admissions 2022”

Step 3. Choose your state and branch Kendriya Vidyalaya

Step 4. The list of merits of the 1st KVS class will appear on the screen.

Step 5. Check and upload the list for future use.

FAC 1st class Admission 2022: list of required documents

If your ward is on the third list, keep the following documents ready for admission:

– Certificate of age in the form of a birth certificate

– Certificate of residence

– Retirement certificate for uniformed employees, grandchildren of deputies and PSU employees

– Confirmation of the relationship of one of the child’s parents with them, for the grandchildren of the FAC officer

– Confirmation of the family ties of one of the child’s parents with the FAC officer

– Caste certificate, if any

Previously, the FAC raised the minimum age criteria for admission to 1st grade from 5 to 6 years. The Supreme Court upheld the decision of the Delhi High Court to reject motions challenging the KVS age criteria. According to the latest admission rules, on March 31, 2022, a 1st grade student must be at least 6 years old and no more than 8 years old.

In addition, this year the government abolished the quota of deputies to join the FAC. The quota for the Ministry of Education has also been abolished, instead there will be places for children left orphaned by the Covid-19 pandemic, but the places will be freelance.
