The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the results of the combined cycles of University Grants Commission and National Eligibility Test or UGC NET for December 2021 and June 2022. Now examinees can check their UGC NET scores through the websites ugcnet.nta. and To view the results, candidates need to enter their application number and date of birth.

The window for submitting objections to the preliminary answer key closed on October 26. And the final UGC NET answer key has been released on the eve of the results.

UGC NET Result: Minimum Qualifying Marks

A normalization method was used to determine the scores obtained by the candidates.

A general category candidate will be considered qualified for UGC NET ‘JRF and Assistant Professor’ and ‘Assistant Professor’ if he or she secures at least 40 percent aggregate marks in Papers I and II. On the other hand, candidates belonging to the reserved category must score 35 percent of the aggregate marks.

Step 3. Enter your application number and date of birth.

Step 4: Submit and view your scores.

Step 5: Download the mark sheet and make a copy for future reference.

UGC NET December 2021 and June 2022 cycles were held simultaneously as the December 2021 cycle was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The NTA has decided to combine the December 2021 and June 2022 cycles to reduce the impact on candidates and make the examination cycles more consistent.

The UGC NET is conducted to determine the eligibility of Indian citizens for the posts of Associate Professors and Associate Professors in Indian Universities and Colleges.
