La Métropole has put in place in 2021, a Coherence Pact aimed at working in collaboration with the mayors of the 59 communes of the territory. The goal is to know their needs on the ground, to accompany them and to support them financially to bring their projects to life. Pour cela, ten Conférences territoriales des mayors (CTM) ont été mises en place, sept axes stratégiques ont été definis et des envelopes financières ont été allouées.
